MAINTENANCE 🧼
The pool maintenance team will access the property on scheduled days (Tuesdays and Fridays), and the gardener visits periodically to care for the outdoor areas.

All staff are trusted professionals, and guests will always be informed in advance prior to entering the property.

🚗 A 4x4 vehicle is REQUIRED for access to the property, ensuring a smooth experience, especially during the rainy season.

Being located in the mountains, power outages can occasionally occur due to weather-related issues or falling branches.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, and interruptions can happen.
