Experience true relaxation with remodel down to the studs compete with a new kitchen and appliances, picture windows overlooking the pond, a new large deck perfect for a morning cup of coffee, new firepit, your private two acre fishing pond and so close to all the trails!!! Hop on the pedal boat for a quick loop around the pond! Less than 10 minutes to Cedar Falls, less than 15 minutes to wineries and restaurants. Experienced hosts!
