This is your instant "home away from home". The property is located just minutes from the beach! However the brand new salt water pool makes it easy to forget the beach is so close. There is outdoor seating in the sunshine, and also located in the screened in patio area, new privacy wood fenced back yard making it perfect for enjoying the outdoors . The landscaping is also amazing, with a beautiful 30 FT Bismarck palm outside. If you are a regular vacationer this will be your new vacation spot.

The space
We did our best to make sure the home is set up in a way so you won't want to leave. The general living space is designed with plenty of seating so everyone can be as social as they would like. There are comfy couches and spots to gather in several areas. The bedrooms have large comfy beds, we know a cozy sleep makes the vacation. All bedrooms also have their own smart TV, perfect for some private time. One of the best parts about the inside is the theatre room, equipped with a large projector screen and theatre style seating. Perfect for movie nights or sporting events. No matter where you are spending time on the property you are sure to be making memories.

Pool heating is available for $25/day and is recommended for winter months. (Pool heat must be requested for entire stay at least one day before checkin to ensure heating time). We heat our pool to 85 degrees.
