The space
Welcome to "Lil Bit O Heaven", your cozy mountain retreat nestled within the tiny home community, Little River Escape, on Lookout Mountain in Menlo, Georgia.
Surrounded by towering trees, fresh mountain air, and the soothing sounds of the river, this cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, open spaces invite you to relax and reconnect, while the outdoor areas encourage you to take in nature’s beauty.

Gather in the inviting living room with a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a full bed. Enjoy a movie on the 50” Roku TV, dive into a board game, or grab a good book from the shelf. Cozy seating makes this space ideal for family time, game nights, or quiet evenings in.
➤ Kitchen & Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, and cooking basics are provided so you can easily prepare your favorite meals. Share them at the dining table or step onto the screened porch for a serene, open-air meal.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens and extra pillows, providing a restful space to unwind after a day of exploring.
➤ Bedroom 2 (Loft)
The loft includes two twin beds, perfect for additional guests. Please note that the loft is a cozy sleeping area only and not walkable space.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and a hair dryer. Hot water and thoughtful amenities make it easy to refresh and recharge during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin.
Guests can enjoy shared amenities including a seasonal pool (May–Oct), clubhouse, tiny gym, kayaks, fire pits, hammocks, swim dock, river access, and dog park plus hiking trails that wind around the perimeter and along the East Fork of the Little River.
The front of the cabin offers a 2-car parking area for easy access.
Other things to note
➤ Lil Bit O Heaven is part of Little River Escape, a scenic tiny home community that features 48 tiny homes with a mix of full-time and part-time residents.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets allowed with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
