Hi, my name is Noemi, I'm an art historian and I live in Seville since 2007. My house is your house!
The apartment has been renovated in March 2012, has all comforts - Wi-Fi, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Tv... - and is located in the traditional district of Triana. By walking about 10 minutes from the "Plaza de Armas" bus station, 5 min. from the pedestrian area of San Jacinto, and 5 min. from the "Paseo de la O" (the Guadalquivir river) where there is a weekend crafts market.
It has two bedrooms, a very spacious one with a double bed and a smaller one with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a large window with a side table to have breakfast at the sun (even if there are lots of bars and restaurants just below the house!...)
I want my guests were people with some sensitivity to the environmental, is recycle waste produced in the house, be careful with the water (no need to take a shower for 15 minutes to smell good .... ), etc. .. etc. ..
I would also like to bring my guests were left a bit to know about this neighborhood, take beers in places I usually frequent, well, try that my home is not only an alternative to a hotel, but something more intimate and cozy, inside and outside the room to rent!
- No te preoccupes
It was a great experience staying with Noemi and her excitable canine housemate for the week. Noemi is a very friendly and generous person who made us feel like friends rather than temporary guests. Her apartment is located in a very convenient part of Triana and cheap tasty tapas are only a 5 minute walk away. It was a very comfortable stay and we would not stay anywhere else if we ever return to Seville. Muchos Gracias!
I can only suggest you to stay at Noemi's house. The apartment had been renovated and it's perfect, fully equipped and very spacious. The Triana district is one of the best (or the best at all) of Sevilla. You have full of bars and shops near the house and you can just go out and dine with 7-8 euros.
Overall, if you will have the chance of meet Noemi, you will agree with me that she is fantastic. She will be sure to welcome you and to explain something about the andaluz culture.
I had booked only for the single bed and it was comfortable.
Honestly, you couldn't find a better place to stay in Seville. And it's cheap!
We had a nice time in Sevilla and enjoyed especially the bar/restaurant which is located just beside the flat. Would recommend it, but be aware it is too single beds, but you can move them close to each other if you would like to. Otherwise, clean, friendly, internet, recommended.
