Lovely Cape new furniture. Open floor plan with all of the amenities. Association Pool 5 min. walk. Bike path - screened in porch expands your living space along with the deck and large yard (1.5 acres) . 3 miles to beach (URL HIDDEN) ) 5 day min. stay (summer) - just lowered the price for 8/27-9/1 b/c of a last minute cancellation.

The space
All sheets and towels are new. All the furniture is new. No pets.
Downstairs there is the TV room with a pullout queen bed. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. In one of the rooms the twins are trundles as well. There is a hall bath upstairs.

All the beds/ mattresses are new and on the firm side.
