Waterfalls, and bears. Tucked in the mountains of Western NC, we invite you to live, work, and explore from our cozy, bright Asheville house. This thoughtfully-designed space includes:

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the house and back deck, and one driveway parking space. You’ll be welcome to use the washer and dryer, which are accessible through the exterior basement door. There is a laundry chute in the bathroom, if helpful. Please note that the basement is totally unfinished and separate from the main level of the house. While the upper deck is for guests only, the basement and yard are shared in that we may need to access items in the basement (gardening supplies, lawnmower, etc.) or tend to the yard and gardens during your stay. However, we are very respectful of guests and your privacy and time outside.

Other things to note
The house is available to rent for a minimum of 30 days. If you're interested in staying for more than one month, please ask about any available discounts. If you’re interested in a shorter stay, please ask us about our suite.

The Five Points neighborhood is perfectly situated one mile north of downtown Asheville, adjacent to the University of North Carolina Asheville (UNCA), Asheville Botanical Gardens, Reed Creek Greenway, and the historic Montford neighborhood. Generally safe and quiet, it’s an ideal base to explore and experience the city and surrounding areas while being part of a residential community. Stroll past bungalows and through forest trails to a wonderful Saturday farmers market. Walk to outstanding coffee, meals, breweries, cocktails, yoga classes, shopping, and grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Harris Teeter); and drive (or bike!) up to the Blue Ridge Parkway in about 15 minutes.
