Interaction with Guests
As much or as little as needed. We are just a text or phone call away should there be questions. And the check in is done with an electronic code so the guests can arrive as late as they need to without having to worry about meeting someone at the house to open it.
It's quiet residential neighborhood with many young families, retirees, young professionals, but close enough to all of the action that downtown offers. The front porch swing is a great place to watch all of the people taking walks!
Yes, a bus stop is right on the corner.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise after dark to a minimum. No smoking inside allowed. An ashtray is on the table outside. Please be sure to clean up after yourself (and your animals... leave no trace!).
All in all, i had a good time despite a few hick ups here and there, it was a beautiful home with a great location.
Catherine was a wonderful host, very responsive. Her house was amazing, everything you might need, great location and wonderful fenced in yard for dogs. One of my favorite Air bnb homes yet! I will be back!
Our experience was amazing the home was so cozy I felt as if I was in my own. The home had most amenities like pots and pans which made it easy to make breakfast and clean linens and fresh towels. We loved every inch of this home. We were right downtown as well which was a plus! Overall this was my best experience ever for my first trip. I will be coming again!
We arrived late and were so happy that the house was warmed up! The house was very clean, the furnishings quite comfortable. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the large dining room and living room that allowed everyone to relax together.
Catherine's house was fabulous - cozy, warm, and welcoming. Everything was nicely organized and worked as it should. Catherine was easy to work with and very communicative. We're going to try to book this house next time we visit.
Catherine 's bungalow was perfect for our two night stay. Great location, quite neighborhood, with a front porch swing with views of Pikes Peak. The place was clean and well provisioned. Two minor complaints would be the sub-par frying pans and the minor difficutly of finding the right sheets and blankets for the pullout couch and futon, BUT these are very minor complaints.
Thanks for letting me know about the frying pan, Alex. I will be sure to replace right away. And will take a look at the sheet labeling situation. They should all be organized by size in the two bins in the closet.... will talk with the cleaning crew to make sure they stay that way.
This house is a gem! Host was perfect and everything was smooth. Perfect for pets and families.

Originally from Michigan, I moved around quite a bit as an army brat. I have settled for the time being in Austin, Texas. I love to travel along with my three kids, husband, and two dogs.
