2 bdrm (1 master plus 1 "bunkhouse"), Large family backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating.
The cabin is very private and quiet with great access to all out town has to offer! Ski, snowshoe, hike & bike just minutes drive from property, endless variety of hiking trails nearby as well as fishing. This is our family cabin that we use many week-ends, but rent when we are not using it, so it should have everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
This home is newly renovated/remodeled and can sleep up to 8 people in beds. It features a huge backyard that is perfect for outdoor entertaining and summer activities. In the winter, 2 fireplaces (1 gas in living room and 1 electric in bunkhouse) keeps you and your guests nice and toasty.

You will love your stay here, especially if you are looking for a comfortable place to call home base after a long day with the family hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach.
Winter activities include sledding, skiing, snowboarding, snow-machines and x-country skiing.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a full bath.
Bedroom 2: The “BunkHouse”, we have turned this room into a traditional style Mountain/Ski town Bunkhouse. There are two large "full" sized bunk beds, these bunks are made to fit adults and if you are ok with sleeping “close” could squeeze two adults per bed. Each bed also has a pullout twin sized trundle as well. The bunkhouse also has its own fireplace.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room inside the bunkhouse!
Backyard: Outside dining, BBQ, horseshoe pit and plenty of room to enjoy Tahoe’s summer weather.
We use a professional cleaning and laundry service to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.
We do not issue REFUNDS due to weather, air-quality (AQI), or driving conditions. Please purchase Trip Insurance that will cover such events. We like "Insure My Trip".
Is your office closed? - If you’re unable to go into the office, our home is equipped with high-speed WiFi and have plenty of room for you and your team to work comfortably.

Code to keybox will be provided week of stay. The entire home and property is for your group's private use. Ample privacy from neighbors, good sized backyard with large front porch as well.
Other things to note
Video Surveillance: The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
