Excellent location! We went to many places on foot, like Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Popolo, Campo dei Fiore, Piazza Navona.... The apartment is nice and everything was as described. One of the rooms is in front of the street and from 6 to 23 hours the sound inside is very loud. This was the only problem. Everything else was perfect.
Our host was very flexible as our time of arrival changed a little bit. They also organized transportation to and from the airport for us and to change the time on the spot for us. This was very much appreciated. The Trevi house was fabulous! Very clean, nicely decorated and excellent for it's location. I would highly recommend it to friends.
The flat was perfect. In a fantastic central location (literally steps from the Trevi fountain - although it was unfortunately under maintenance during our stay). We were able to easily walk to the Roman Forum/Colosseum and there was a taxi stand very nearby for the places we didn't want to trek on foot to. The flat itself was great -- there were three of us staying and we each felt that we had our own place - very large and separated bedrooms, each with a corresponding bathroom.
Roberto met us at the flat and was very helpful in giving suggestions on restaurants/neighborhoods to visit. Our favorite meal ended up being one of his recommendations.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is as shown in pictures. Plenty of space. Small kitchen and second kitchenette had everything we needed - fridge space, dishes, few essentials like olive oil, salt, Nescafe. Three bathrooms was a big plus. Wifi worked great.
Literally steps from the Trevi Fountain. Many great restaurants and shops. We walked absolutely everywhere from this perfect location. Walk from Termini station is no problem, but would not recommend walking with luggage. We made the walk on the way, but found a luggage service to pick up our bags and we collected them right near the station when we were ready to leave. Lorenzo's company has a luggage service and were very willing to help, but it was not near Termini, so we opted for the other service.
Communication before our arrival was great. We waited a little for check-in, but we were not able to get phone service and couldn't communicate when we had arrived. It worked out fine - cleaning staff let us in and Nissar arrived shortly after. He was very nice and answered all our questions.
Overall, a fabulous stay and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
