This central and cozy apartment is located just few steps from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. It is ideal for a large group or family. If you are traveling together with other groups of people, be informed that we also manage five apartments in the same building and that these units can be rented together when available. The location is absolutely ideal for visiting our amazing city. This spacious Rome flat stands on the first floor of an eighteenth century building (without a lift).
Along the corridor in which you enter, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a stove, an oven and all the necessary utensils and kitchenware you'll need to enjoy a nice meal at home. Going down the corridor, there is the first bathroom complete a bathtub.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find a nicely decorated living room where you can lounge and watch some television on the 32" flat screen TV. The sofa bed can sleep two guests. From the living room, you can access the elegant master bedroom which has a king size bed and a large desk.
From the hallway, a door leads to the second part of the house which offers a kitchenette with an electrical stove and a fridge/freezer. An air conditioned dining area is located right by the kitchenette. Nearby, there is another bathroom with a shower box.
The second master bedroom has a nice four-poster bed with night tables and lamps. Modern paintings enrich the walls of this comfortable room. This room has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A spiral staircase leads you to the third bedroom which features a king size bed, night tables and lamps. This room also has an AC unit.
Finally, there is wireless Internet access throughout the apartment. If you are looking for a combination of good location, comfort and space, look no further!

ITALIAN ANTI-TERRORISM LAW
Important note: A couple of days prior to your arrival, you will be receiving an email from RomeLoft (the company I own and manage) requesting that you fill a form with your arrival and personal information. Collecting this information is required by Italian Anti-Terrorism Law. So please, I ask that you cooperate with me on this and that you submit the completed form prior to your arrival in Rome. Thank you in advance!
FORGOTTEN OBJECTS/ KEYS LOST?
In case of loss or damage of the apartment keys, a 50 € fee is due.
In case you forget any kind of object at the apartment, I can send it back to you; a 25 € fee + shipping costs is due for the service.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is at 13:00 and on. There are no exceptions. Check-out time is at 10:30. There is no fee upon check-in and check-out, except fees for arrivals between 20:30 to 23:00 (25,00 €) and between 23:00 to 10:00 (50,00 € and must be communicated at least 2 days prior the arrival).
Check-in on Sundays and on Bank Holidays costs 25,00 Euro.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION TAX IN ROME
A 3.50 € fee will be applied, starting the 1st of September 2014 (in compliance with Law No. 122 of 2010), to anyone staying in an overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries. Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. For further information please visit the city of Rome official website.
The fee is 3.50 € per person per night, with a maximum of ten days for each guest, and it has to be paid directly upon the check-in in cash.
From Sep 28 - Oct 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
