This lovely apartment is located right at the corner of the Spanish steps on the 4th floor (no lift) on the famous shopping street: Via della Croce. Nice and quiet, it is also next to Via Condotti, Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese’s park.

The space

This lovely apartment is located right at the corner of the Spanish steps, very close to the famous staircase and also close to one of the most beautiful and big parks in Rome:Villa Borghese, where you can also find a beautiful zoo!

The best features of this apartment, beside the location, are the picturesque views of the Roman rooftops including the St. Charles Dome on Via del Corso and the light that transform it at sunset in a Roman nest. Bright, simple and elegant at the same time.

The living area features white wooden ceilings as well as Italian and South American Contemporary Art paintings. The sitting area is extremely well equipped with a comfortable white sofa, low table for magazines and a 32″ flat TV (with a Mac workstation and Hi-Fi system on request). The sofa is convertible in case you will have guests coming to visit you during your Roman stay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (that can be divided in case of need), night tables, “Tolomeo” abat-jours designed by Michele De Lucchi for Artemide. The bathroom has a shower box with accessories.

The kitchen is bright and well equipped with stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and a lovely view. All the necessary cookery equipment is also provided.

This unit is highly recommended to everybody for its brightness and quietness that is very difficult to find in such a busy and central area.

Loved this Apartment! It was clean and spacious but most of all in such a great area of Rome! Around the corner from the Spanish Steps and on a street with tons of cafes, shops, and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again. Only item to note is there are about 80 stairs to get to the apt so if you have health issues this may not a good fit.

We stayed at lorenzo's apartment for a week with our 2 year old. Longest week of our life! The apartment was a big let down and really not suited at all for toddler. There were lots of things broken like door handles and loose floor tiles which our child continually tripped over. The apartment is super small and dingy and there is not even anywhere decent to sit and eat your meal. We did not personally get to meet Lorenzo as he sent his employee to take us through the apartment. His employee knew nothing about the apartment or the area and offered us no information on good things to see/do. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is very handy, however there is no where at all to hang your washing! With a child this was very hard as they go through a lot of clothes. The wifi was very hit and miss, Lorenzo offered to have someone look at it for us, and mostly only worked if u stood in one particular spot of the apartment. Another let down was the fact that we stayed during summer and the apartment was extremely hot. There is one aircon in the lounge room but the bed room was so hot and stuffy. It wouldn't be a problem with out a child but there is also about 7 levels of stairs you need walk up to get to the apartment. Very hard with luggage, groceries and a child. Overall Lorenzo was very quick to reply to messages however we did not find the apartment satisfying and would never stay here again.

Lorenzo was great and helpful - always responsive to our emails. He also helped us book a car service to the airport, which I recommend to everyone. I was a little bit disappointed with the apartment - the couch was a bit dirty, the bathroom reeked of some bad smell (like a sewer - that was not fun) and the bed was not that comfortable. But all your basic needs are there. I guess my friend and I were just looking for more than basic and for a cleaner place. I wish the pictures showed more detail. The great thing about this place is the location! Super close to the metro and central to everything. It's nice to be able to walk around and grab some drinks somewhere close by at the end of the day.

The at is super well located, we walked to all the major attractions. We didn’t meet Lorenzo, but the communication was good in the majority of the time. There were no blankets in the flat, and even for the good weather of Rome we were cold during the night, Lorenzo provided but only in the last night ( we stayed 3 nights). In general all good and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Charming, light and perfectly located. Yes it's on the 4th floor but benefits from lots of natural light. Recommended.
