This luxury Trastevere studio apartment is the ideal accommodation for couples looking for a romantic stay. The terrace and the fantastic view over the Roman roofs are certainly the best features of this unit.
Elegance and taste are two watchwords here. Located on the 4th floor of an antique building that doesn’t have the lift, the main room features a beautiful king size bed, with stylish night tables, and elegant abat-jour. The Flat TV together with the DVD player, Air conditioning and a fast wireless internet connection are some of the amenities you will truly appreciate.
In a corner, you will notice the well equipped kitchenette, with gas stove, sink, and fridge, that allows you to have pleasant breakfasts seated in the terrace. The bathroom is spacious. You will find there attention to details. The shower, with view, is comfortable thanks to the great space.
The terrace is definitely our favourite corner here. Reading a newspaper, or just relaxing in front of the sun, I can’t imagine a better place where to spend a few moments during your holiday in Rome!
The location of this apartment is the ancient Trastevere area, with the Santa Maria in Trastevere church and the beautiful Orto Botanico. You will also be able to reach in 5 minutes by foot, just crossing the Sisto bridge, the renowned Campo de Fiori area.
Trastevere is also famous for all its typical restaurants and bars.
You will enjoy it!

service de qualité...
rien a dire !
Such a lovely, perfect place. Luxurious and wonderfully clean. The apartment was very complete and newly renovated with a touch of modernism style. Everything worked perfectly, the air condition, and every equipment. we enjoyed it so much we had to force ourselves to go out. It is also in a nice location, lots of fun shops and bars, restaurants within walking distance of most things you need.
Lorenzo responded very quickly and he was friendly and helpful in every point.
If I can recommend, try Bir&Fud restaurant, just a minute walk from the apartment and exceptionally good beers and fresh gourmet food.
Lorenzo has a great apartment in the wonderfully fun Trestevere neighborhood. It's well decorated and has a bunch of appliances. The terrace would be nice to take coffee in.
I had a great time staying at the apartment, and Lorenzo was a great host . We had some miscues with the arrival, where I had to wait a little while before I was able to gain access to the flat; but I'll chalk that up to some issues/delays w/ the flight.
Lorenzo took me on a tour of the area and a great croissant the final morning for breakfast. He's a super nice host and a very great guy. I'd recommend staying with any one of his listings.
