~We have a 3 night minimum on the weekends (Thursday-Saturday)
~ 2 night minimum (Sunday- Tuesday) can be flexible at times.
~ The condo is located on the 3rd floor, and there are no elevators

~ 990 square feet (not too large not too small)

We ask you to please be respectful of our neighbors. The City of Nashville and Davidson County are quick to shut down airbnbs that violate noise ordinances. This is a condo not a bar or nightclub, if you want to be loud or listen to loud music to go Broadway and leave it there. 😁

Guests have plenty of free parking, and access to the community pool. Pool hours are 7am-10pm May-October

Other things to note
With this being an older building there are no elevators 😒and the condo is on the second floor, please keep this in mind. Also, the walls are VERY thin if you're a light sleeper I suggest earplugs. It has its fair share of traffic, trains, barges, constructions and noises. We do have quiet hours and we get few complaints about noise within those hours.
Also, this is located right on the river, we do treat the property for insects however, some may still be on the patio or sneak into the condo.
Nashville is an ever growing city so there may be construction going on during your stay.
