Stayed at this apartment for a weekend visit to Madrid. The apartment has a great location, close to bars, restaurants and museums. Easy process from start to finish and Elisa was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in the room for the day after 'checkout' which was greatly appreciated.
We have a great time in Madrid. The apartment is good and convenient. Everything is great. But it is the hottest week of Madrid. It will be better if there is air conditioner or fan. We will recommend to our friend if they come to Madrid. Thanks
This was a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment near a wonderful neighborhood with incredible restaurants, artisan shops and book stores. People in the neighborhood are friendly and you get a good sense for the love life that people have in Madrid. The location was perfect and within walking distance to Sol and the Reina Sofia art gallery. It is also conveniently near the metro (less than a block away) and an easy walk to the Atocha train station. Elisa and her team were attentive and efficient, they quickly serviced our stove when there was a minor problem with it. We appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. We would gladly stay again in this apartment when we are next in Madrid and thank Elisa for her hospitality.
Nice big apartment in perfect location. Key handover and communication were very easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and come back any time! Thank you, Elisa!
The contact was primarily by phone, but everyone was very helpful. The apartment is spacious, with an excellent Wi-fi connection, but is furnished sparsely in flea market style. This is not a place to stay if you want to spend any time lounging about. The apartment is housed in an old block of flats in a side street, a bit moist at night during the week-end.
A spacious apartment, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The location is perfect- great neighborhood that is close to everything and offers a ton of cute places to hang out, eat, and enjoy the culture of the city.
The building is quite old, so the electric is a bit spotty. It's perfectly functional, just a bit cold when depending on the space heaters. And wifi is only in the main room.
Elisa is a diligent host and very quick to respond.
In short, a lovely place to stay.
