The Aggieland Haven is a lovely home on 13 acres just 7.5 miles from TAMU's Kyle Field, 2.5 miles from Lick Creek Park, and 4 miles from HEB and Chick-fil-a. It's the perfect place to relax before and after an Aggie football game! Enjoy the trails, pool, hot tub, and towering oaks. Be sure to gaze at the stars before you sink into the new king size memory foam mattress and make yourself comfortable with a separate thermostat.

The space
Enjoy a huge 4K smart TV, air hockey table, ping pong, and many board games. The living room includes a comfy sectional, bistro table with four stools, elliptical machine, and a coffee bar with a microwave, mini fridge, filtered water, Keurig, and complimentary coffee. The bedroom has a king size bed, desk, and walk-in closet. The full-sized bathroom includes a tub/shower.

Guest access
Park under towering oaks and enter through the trellis to your private door. This guest suite includes a living area, bar, full bathroom, one bedroom, and a walk-in closet and is part of our home. For your sense of security, there will be a lock on your side of the French doors as well as blackout curtains separating your suite from the rest of our home. You will have a separate private entrance with a door lock code and a reinforcement security lock on the inside of that door.

Other things to note
Absolutely NO smoking/vaping/etc anywhere on the property; we are highly allergic.

With costs increasing, we will need to add an additional $49 to heat the hot tub upon request.
