If you lock yourself out or leave the key inside the unit:
• During regular hours (9am–9pm): We’ll do our best to assist you as soon as possible, depending on availability.
• After-hours (9pm–9am): Emergency key service may not be available. In this case, you may need to wait until the morning or contact a local locksmith at your own expense.

Locksmith services typically charge between ₱500–₱1500. Any damage caused by forced entry or lost keys will be charged to the guest.

We've got a cozy unit with just four private rooms, each with its own bathroom and access to Netflix. The room you're eyeing is on the second floor. There are only two rooms on each floor, so you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. Our guest areas are limited to these two floors, while visitors can hang out on the ground floor. Each private room can fit up to two guests.

While you're here, feel free to invite up to 2 visitors per private room, and they can access the ground floor. You'll love the amenities on the ground floor, where you can find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge area. And for all you online buffs, we offer super-fast 200Mbps business fiber internet.
