The experience was great. The flat and the place reflected exactly the photos and all the expectations were met. the organisation was perfect. The host replied immediately to every email,phone call , question or request. Great organisation prior to the departure with reminders and emails as well as great availability and flexibility during our staying. The apartment is a true luxury apartment with luxury fixtures, finishes, materials and high tech lighting. Great apartment: clean and new . The two sofas on which we slept were comfortable. Last but not least, the location is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody or perhaps not...hoping that it will be available next time I go to London. :-)

I really recommend anyone who wants to enjoy his stay in London as this flat has an amazing location. It's luxury and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were very organized and easy as well.

Emporors gate apartment was in a terrific position, near the tube, several good restaurants, a supermarket and takeaway food stores. The only downside was that u can hear the tube running past every few minutes, but it seems to stop at night.
The apartment itself is as described and is a good size and generally well equipped . It was clean and we were able to arrange an early checkin.All our queries were answered quickly
