Check In
  • Ethel, Barry and Luna (the dog) were wonderful hosts. We were only in town overnight, but we had a fine stay. Breakfast was delicious. The room had a window air conditioner that did a good job keeping the room comfortable for sleeping. There is lots of street parking, so no worries about where to leave your car. The house is under renovation, but that does not impact any of the guest areas. The shared bathroom was very clean. If you're looking for an affordable stay in the Cincinnati area, I think this is an excellent choice.

  • Ethel and Barry are kind and accommodating hosts. Their place is simple, tasteful, welcoming and comfortable just what I needed. Their neighborhood offers more interesting texture than the photo suggests.

  • Great bedroom, really comfortable bed, quiet, right by a nice park, I had a great time staying with Ethel and Barry. Their dog is such a sweet heart. They made it easy and comfortable for me to practice in the house, they served breakfast in the morning which was delicious, and were just great hosts. I would highly, highly recommend anyone traveling through Cincinnati to stay with them. They're working hard on their renovations, so it should be even better next time. 15-20 min. walk to UC where there are tons of places to eat and hang out. 15-20 min. walk downtown.

  • I spend a wonderful week in Cincinnati with Ethel, Barry and Luna. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. I was working at the Children Hospital of Cincinnati and it was very easy to go there by bus. Thanks!

  • I had a really nice stay in Cincinnati with Hopkins Park B&B. Breakfast was lovely, Luna is a very friendly dog, and the bathroom was clean! - Thank you! JH (like Arnold Schwarzenegger said - I'll be back!")

  • Ehthel and her housband were great hosts. The house was renovating their kitchen but the bedroom, private sunroom and private bath were all great. Enjoyed out stay in Cincinnati!

  • Ethel & Barry are very nice and the room was comfortable. They also served great pancakes! Their house is under renovation, which was no problem for us, but does not lend itself to a formal B&B atmosphere.
