Fully remodeled one bedroom with king bed. Spectacular ocean view and a brand new 4 seater electric car. A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, keurig with coffee included. Queen sized sofa bed in the living room ,fireplace and wall heaters. The balcony has a BBQ.

Gym, heated swimming pool, spa,18 hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball and beach with built in barbecues and picnic tables. Occupants subject to HOA rules!

The space
The bedroom has a cal king size bed connecting to a fully remodeled bathroom with his and her sink vanity and tub shower combo. Stocked with bath towels, beach towels and toiletries.

Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, new floors. The living room space offers a queen size sofa bed along with , roll away bed in the closet.
Fireplace, wall heaters and 75 inch Tv.

From the french doors in the living space and bedroom, you will walk out into the patio equipped with a propane BBQ, enjoy dinner on patio furniture.
Enjoy your coffee with the spectacular sunrise.

For easier arrival purposes, we recommend to enter the building from the top which has roughly 70 stairs leading down to the condo.

Other things to note
The golf cart is located on the bottom of the building in parking space number 65 along the right side of the staircase.
