No neighbors on 30 acres of woods in the beautiful town of southern charm, Boston Georgia, 20 minutes from downtown Thomasville Georgia. A modern but retro cabin in the pine forest with all the modern luxuries including full kitchen, gas indoor fireplace, outdoor natural fireplace, outdoor shower, very comfortable beds, fast WiFi, smart TV. A great hideaway from the craziness of life. NON-SMOKERS ONLY! NEWLY ADDED FOUR COVERED RETRIEVER KENNELS 6x6x10 FT. I WILL BE BOW HUNTING NOV-JAN.
The space
Two bedrooms, two private toilet spaces with Jack and Jill shower indoor. Second shower is outdoor. Master bedroom is spacious, second bedroom is bed only and small closet. A full kitchen is ready for gourmet cooking! Eat indoor or outdoor on the porch. Rockers on the porch await you, watching the wildlife and enjoying the peace and quiet of the pine forest. At night, no ambient lights mean excellent star gazing! Close to Thomasville restaurants and shops, about a 20 minute drive. Also about 20 minutes to Archbold hospital. NEWLY ADDED COVERED DOG KENNELS COVERED WITH AUTOMATIC WATERER AND EASY CLEAN DESIGN!

There is central heat and air, and unlimited hot water. Thermostat is available to guests. Washer and dryer are in the garage, and are free. There’s an outdoor shower with hot water. About a mile of hiking trails on the property, hike at your own risk. There are two porch rockers and a yard Hammock, and a table for six on the porch if you choose to eat outside. The driveway is gravel, easily passable with all vehicles and ok in the rain. There is a pet deposit! Please be aware I will be bow hunting on the property January through November. You will only see my truck.
