The appartment was ok, almost fitting the description. It was a bit run down, had no TV, no properly mounted AC (but a fan, that was helpful) and it was in an area of Montreal which is very lively. And very loud.
The appartment was clean and the basics you need are there.
Two friends and I spent our Easter Break in this lovely apartment. We bused to Montreal from the states and were pleasantly surprised to find the bus station is extremely close to the apartment! It's directly in the center of the Latin Quarter which turned out to be our favorite part of the city. Full of awesome bars, delicious restaurants (3Brewers), and the best board game place we've ever been too called Randolph's. The apartment was perfect for three of us, with a fairly large kitchen great for breakfast and one dinner during our four night stay. The national chain grocery store and liquor store were just a 15 minute walk away. We were able to walk just about everywhere in the city which was fantastic. Also, although we never met her, Tanga left us bread and butter for toast and sandwiches :) Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants to explore both the day and night attractions of Montreal!
Great space in a great location! Tanga was very organized and made sure we knew everything we needed or wanted to know before arriving. I was excited when I saw the pictures of the space online and the real thing did not disappoint. I would definitely choose this apartment again.
The listed address was not the actual address and due to lack of being able to contact the host we had to stay somewhere else for the first night. The following day Tanga was very apologetic and helpful with getting us into the correct apartment. She altered our reservation so we were not charged for the time we could not spend there and the rest of our stay was lovely. The bedroom is above a noisy street (which is particularly noisy on weekend nights). The apartment is in the perfect location and close to everything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Place was great, as advertised. Couldn't have asked for a better location for a night out in town.

About the Host, Tanga
I have been in Montreal for more than 10 years, and feel myself engaged in this multicultural dynamic city as a second home. I have always been in love with traveling, and myself an airbnb traveler. After the trip to Europe in 2012 and being satisfied with everywhere I stayed being referred by airbnb, I decide to share my own places to other travelers, in hope of giving them what I have received and expected during my trip, which is a home away from home. Your trip to Montreal should be stress-free and relax so you can enjoy more in exploring this lovely city. And I am more than welcome to give you tips on where to go eat, shop and enjoy the night-life in Montreal. With love!
