I'm offering you this lovely studio well located in the heart of the capital in “Le Marais”, festive, relaxed and trendy district that counts famous Parisian monuments and numerous bars and restaurants.
Located in the famous and atypical "Rue des Rosiers", street where Falafels snack bars meet creators' shops, this studio is calm, overlooking a courtyard and Parisian roofs.
The district in the heart of the City of
Light is very well served by public transportation:
- the subway stop “Saint Paul” (line 1) is less than 300 meters from the building and allows a connection express with Châtelet-Les Halles, Le Louvre, Champs-Elysées or even Bastille.
- the subway stop "Pont-Marie" (line 7) is at 600 meters and allows you to join Opéra and Place d'Italie
- numerous buses are available with direct lines to Opéra, Montparnasse, Le Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower as well as Pigalle and Montmartre.
Refurbished in 2012, the studio flat is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) and can welcome up to 4 people. It contains a sofa bed in addition to a built mezzanine (sleeping bed for 2 people).
Completely equipped, you will enjoy all the comfort necessary for your stay: television with cable, internet with WiFi, unlimited telephony (even towards the foreign countries) as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is eqquiped and a table is at your disposal if you want to eat on site.

Other Things to Note
Don't hesitate to contact me for check in check out time, as it can be flexible depending of my booking calendar.
Location couldn't have been better (very convenient for St Paul metro, Place des Vosges, Pompidou…) and many nice cafes and shops in the area. Small but well equipped studio. Yacine was readily contactable and responsive and Fanny, who met us on arrival and to check out was very nice.
Lovely, clean, cosy apartment in a vibrant area of Paris. Didn't meet Yacine but his friend looked after us very well and Yacine was contactable via phone and email the entire visit with quick responses. Only downside to the apartment is that it is 6 flights up with no lift. Would gladly stay again next time we are in Paris.
my wife & i recently stayed in Yacine's Paris apartment for 5 nights. It was exactly as described. It is a studio apartment so isn't very big but that wasn't an issue for us. The apartment was neat & tidy & clean. It is very basic, but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfy enough & shower pressure & hot water were good too. We didn't use the kitchenette much as we mostly ate out. The apartment is on the top floor of an old 6 story building which has a LOT of steep, narrow stairs to navigate. If this is an issue for you, be warned. It wasn't an issue for us. The area surrounding the apartment is fantastic. You have everything you need, including a Metro Station & Supermarket, right at your doorstep. We loved being in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Yacine was great with his communication & helped us fix a very minor issue with the wi-fi immediately over the phone. If you're after a cool & cosy studio apartment to rest your head after a long day out & about exploring all Paris has to offer as we did, then I highly recommend this little jem.
Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants and great shopping. Metro stop only minutes away. The space was perfect for a week's stay. Yacine was a great host and kept in touch throughout our stay. He also provided great directions on traveling from the airport via public transportation. Would stay again!
We had a lovely stay at Yacine's apartment. The location is ideal with a nearby metro station and walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Checking in and out was easy, and Yacine shared a number of great Paris recommendations with us.
Yacine's studio was in the heart of Le Marias and the location was great. It was close to all the shops and restaurants (including a market) and the metro was near by. It's a small, cozy studio, but if you have a child under the age of 5, perhaps you may want to reconsider. The bed is above ground (have to climb stairs) and the studio is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. Overall, the studio was good and Yacine was a great host.
