This newly remodeled bungalow is comfy, convenient, and close to everything! Just 5 minutes from the airport, I-95, zoo, and Palm Beach Island. Only 10 minutes to the beach, downtown, CityPlace, shopping, and the outlet mall—usually a $5–10 Uber.

Enjoy the entire home to yourself, including front and back porches and a spacious yard. Ask about seasonal rental options if interested!

The space
Come relax in this awesome bungalow and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

The living room has a large-screen TV with a Roku and a couch that can be rearranged into an extra bed. There's a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor patio with a grille.

Both bedrooms have small desks and comfortable queen beds. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and closets, so make yourself at home!

Guest access
Each guest will be provided with a unique front door code, which will be deactivated upon checkout, so you feel safe knowing no one else has the same code. You will also be given my property manager's number in case of any issues.

If you need different check-in or check-out times, let me know.

Other things to note
I will provide fresh bed sheets, fresh towels, soap, closet space, beach chairs and towel, and wifi internet access. After every guest it will be professionally cleaned.
