Having 4 bedrooms, 6 beds 2 air mattresses and 3 bathrooms we can host up 8 people at one time (only if approved)
* Bedrooms:
Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space, ceiling fans, darkening shades and plenty of day light.
- Room number 1 has a rustic feel with 2 Full size beds that are very comfy. New linens are set in place periodically. This bedroom is quiet and dark for late sleepers.
* Bedroom number 2 also has 2 comfortable twin size beds facing the quiet and tropical front yard - Great location among palm trees and tropical lush where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun.
* Bedroom 3 has a comfortable Queen size bed, a smart TV and a large closet.
* Bedroom 4 (Mastert bedroom) has a King size bed, large widows facing the Pool / back yard giving you plenty of daylight and a large closet with its own private bathroom.
* Ground Floor:
Spectacular and inviting modern open floor plan that over looks the pool area.
* Living Room / Dining Room:
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that sits 10 and a large and comfortable living area equipped with a large 55" HD flat screen TV making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. Big windows from floor to ceiling adorn the entire floor place allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view that overlooks the pool and back yard lush at all times.
* Kitchen:
This impressive home showcases a good size and spectacular fully open and equipped kitchen. It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the granite countertop and cooking space.
* Back Yard:
Here is the fun! This home has a private and large back yard with a pool, outdoor tables to eat and lounge chairs to catch a tan. This space is truly magnificent and its a perfect place to relax.
* BBQ:
How can you have a vacation without a BBQ? We care for you so we have included this amenity for you to enjoy.

This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood thats close to the beach, shops, restaurants and even nightlife. We are perfectly located close to everything. Most importantly we have direct access to the beach and and are only a few steps from the sand. We are also 1.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, .75 miles from Galleria mall, 1 mile from Target, .75 miles from a Publix (2 in the vicinity - one in the Target shopping center and another across from Galleria Mall) or Winn Dixie grocery store a little bit north of Oakland blvd., .75 miles from Starbucks, gas stations and other restaurants, fast foods, shops or needs. We are also next to Hugh Birch State Park. Hugh Birch Park is famously known for hiking, its tropical life and kayak/canoeing.
