Your private space comes with an outside patio, all located in the historic Earlewood neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and all of Columbia's downtown attractions only minutes away.

The space
This cute little "Granny Flat" is located on the floor beneath my living space, and shares an entryway with my laundry room and a flight of stairs up to my personal living space; I'm close by if you should need anything.

I am pet friendly. Simply list your pet in the booking search and any fees will automatically be included in your total.

Guest access
Your apartment is located in the lower level of my corner lot home in the historic Earlewood Neighborhood. Parking is curbside in front of the small footpath on the side of my home. Enter through the small gate into the back yard where you will find the door on the lower level where there is a keypad that provides you with the flexibility to gain access whenever you arrive.

Here also you will find an elevated patio, tucked away for you to enjoy the outdoors during a sunny afternoon or a cool evening.
