On a high plateau in the foothills of the Pyrenees, surrounded by vineyards and set against a hill, Domaine de Robinson is a isolated and remarkable place to have a great time with family and friends. The fully furnished and equipped apartment is modern and was refurbished in 2008. Its 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, the third with two single beds) and 2.5 bathrooms guarantee your comfort in a quiet and serene atmosphere.
You will be amazed by the view, the tranquility and authenticity of the Domaine. Vines and olive trees have been grown here for centuries. Enjoy leisurely the estate wines!
Domain Robinson is the ideal place to relax in the countryside and explore the Cathar medieval castles, Carcassonne and Toulouse. Close to a bustling city in the summer, you will discover Toques et Clochers in April, and the typical carnival of Limoux every weekend from February to April. You can also go hiking in the Pyrenees or kayaking / rafting on the Aude River. Finally, for the hot summer days, the Mediterranean Sea is only 45 minutes drive away, and for the winter, the first ski resorts are 1 hour away.

Highlights: an incredibly beautiful setting, kind and responsive hosts, a very convenient location. Couple of bottles of their delicious blanquette de Limoux in the fridge. Lowlights: the apartment we were in was definately not modern and not the apartment in the photos (they have 3 they rent). Christian and his brother could not have been nicer, and they have the makings of a spectacular destination. The apartment needs lots of work, however. It needs to be cleaned out and updated.
If you decide to rent here, just ask Christian which apartment you'll be getting. Also follow Christian's directions as Google sent us onto an abandoned road in the middle of a vineyard. Christan and his brother came and rescued us (they really are remarkable nice people).
