The central location makes travel from local airports or NYC quick and convenient; 10-15 minutes from JFK Airport, 5-7 minutes to UBS arena in Elmont, NY; 25 minutes to NYC via the Valley Stream or Rosedale stops on the Long Island Railroad. Short-term rental options are available. Additional daily fee is charged for driveway parking.

The apt is a lower level unit that is accessed via a private side entrance of a residential house. The apt is private and gets plenty of natural light. During the summer have access to sit and relax in the backyard. In advance of check-in a 4-digit access code will be provided.

Other things to note
Maximum of 2 adult guests are allowed. The unit is not suitable for small children. There is a flight of steps leading down to the unit. A local supermarket and a variety eateries are in walking distance.
Lyft and Ubers are usually easily accessed. There is a city bus that stops at the end of block.
