It worked out beautifully for us to stay there. Although it's outside the "city", calling MUNI at 311 and finding out about a bus 4 blocks away that delivered us downtown (75 cents for seniors) was wonderful! It was also great to find some nice food waiting for us so we didn't have to rush out to shop. Very comfortable - sorry we didn't have a chance to meet Franny, but Richard got us all settled.
Fanny & Richard’s place with its great view is a really cozy home away from home. The welcome goodies in the fridge blew our socks off. The neighborhood (Crocker Amazon) is absolutely charming. Bus stop is around the corner and parking no problem (they have been so kind to provide the driveway!). They’ve always been very responsive and checking in and out was very smooth. Thank you very much!
My daughter and I spent three days at the Little Cozy SF Studio. It was very quiet and convenient to the bus and BART for us to easily tour around San Francisco. It was great to have food, snacks and coffee for us to use..how awesome is that? It was also cleaner than most hotels, so we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Fanny and Richard for a great to place to stay.

Never been in area before and this place was GREAT! Very easy access to all parts of the Bay Area. Very reasonable compared to other places we looked at. Very positive experience and I would highly recommend and we will use it again.
Fanny and Richard are wonderful! They are very easy to reach and they have an apartment that is fully stocked and very comfortable. There is a separate entrance with separate key, with a fully stocked refrigerator, and all the amenities of home. Next time I'm back in the Bay Area, I'm definitely giving Fanny and Richard a call! Thank you both so very much!
Fanny's studio was perfect for me during my stay in San Francisco. I was primarily interested because it is just a few blocks from my son's house. I was delighted to find it bright, with lots of windows, and impeccably clean. It even has views of the city! An added bonus: snacks in the fridge so I wouldn't starve if I decided to stay in! Thank you, Fanny and Richard for providing such pleasant accommodations!
Very clean place! Appliances are all new or they are so clean so that I could not tell if they were new or used. EVERYTHING you need was there, and all of them were in great wrorking order. We really appraciate the food in the fridge.
You don't need a car to stay here. The bus #43 comes very frequently. We waited 5 minutes the most. It will take you directly to Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Bridge and to a BART station.
Had a great stay here over Christmas week. Fanny and Richard are really thoughtful hosts -- it was like getting the best of a hotel and timeshare with none of the pretense or per-item costs! The apartment has everything from a fully equipped kitchen, 30" flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi to San Francisco guidebooks, an iron and mini-ironing board, and a full cupboard and fridge (sandwich fixings, coffee, juice, instant noodles, and much more). Plus tons of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. And a small desk with a swivel chair to work at. The stove/oven seem almost brand-new, and heated up in a flash -- I almost wished I could live here since so many things work better than at my own place. ;-)
The apartment holds heat very well -- there are lots of windows, too, so it also ventilates nicely. (There's also a big room fan in the corner for the summertime.) The decor was also very homey and cute. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the side of a small hill, so the stairs leading up to it are a bit of a climb -- you'll get the "San Francisco" experience. (There are plenty of handrails, though.)
I didn't get to meet Fanny because she was away, but Richard was very nice to chat with. Their contact info is also in the apartment in case you need anything. I hope to be able to stay here again!
Fanny and Richard are great hosts and I enjoyed my time here immensely. I needed a place to concentrate on my work and this was the perfect place for that. It has pretty large space and unobstructed open views with many windows. A very nice touch was the food/drinks available for guest use. I was there in a rare cold spell in SF and the apartment heats really well. I would definitely stay again.
My home away from home while working in San Francisco! Thank you so very much for providing a cozy place to rest after a long day. I love your place and will be back next year. :)
