Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The room is quite (except for quite noisy heating at 630am) and comfortable, and conveniently located for transport. Everything went fairly smoothly, and I had a nice stay.

  • I stayed two nights with Adaku (Naima was travelling) and I very felt at home with her, speaking about the way she teaches how to change the world and to create/find a new way of Life to young children . The apartment is very close to prospect Park. The neighborhood is ok, and it takes 20-25min to Downtown.

  • Room was super spacious and beautiful, apartment was as well. A block away from the subway made it super convenient to get around nyc. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  • These comments will be repeated in my review of Naima's other room. I booked both for my out of town guests.

Naima was extremely gracious and (email hidden)e made a special arrangement with me so I would have the keys for my guests, as I booked the rooms for someone else.

My guests arrived late and left early, so they did not get a chance to fully appreciate Naima's home.

  • Naima and Adaku could not have been more gracious hostesses. They were warm and friendly, shared information about things to do, and offered us popcorn! The room was large and light, although basic. The bed was quite comfortable. They have a well-mannered, friendly cat who we enjoyed. Our hosesses were busy and we spent a lot of time out and about, so we did not get to visit much, but every time we did chat, it was a delightful. We would certainly stay with Naima and Adaku again!

  • We have been really great welcomed by Naima and Adaku. They have been really nice and they answered all of our questions. The flat is nicely arranged, it is exactly like in the pictures. Also, the flat is really close from the subway (about 3 minutes by walk), in a safe and calm neighborhood. If we come back to New York, we will sure come back to their home. We recommend this adress, because if you want to be in a safe and calm area and at the same time pretty close to Manhattan (20 minutes by the subway), it is the best. There are a lot of shops around the flat. It is also possible to have lunch or dinner in some of the little restaurants in the neighborhood. The price is really reasonable for this really big and colorful room.
So, don't hesitate going to Naima and Adaku's home, it is such a great and calm atmosphere.

  • Naima was so sweet. Her place is immaculate and had such a great, creative vibe to it. We had our own space and felt totally at home in Brooklyn. It's literally steps to Prospect Park entrance and the subway. It was a very pleasurable experience. When we arrived she had left the key for us and even a bunch of pamplets and info magazines about the area and entertainment going on that week. We'd stay there again for sure.
