The apartment has two bedrooms, polished floors and amazing tiled kitchen and bathroom. The apartment features one King size bed in the main bedroom with built in cupboard space and large mirror and 32 inch TV and DVD player on the wall. The second bedroom has a really comfortable queen bed with large 4 draw chest drawers, Both bedrooms have large windows with a great breeze and light.
Open plan kitchen and dinning room fully equiped with crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and all utensiles needed in kitchen. Huge fridge with freezer. Ultra modern round dinning table comfortable seats 4 people and a large leather lounges to relax after a long day at the beach.
Our entertaining system in the living room consists of a large plasma tv, dvd player with video and Wii.
The bathroom has shower, washing machine and extra large mirror for your convenience.
This apartment is ideal as it is fully equiped with everything you need for everyday living such as cleanning equipment, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and more.

We have lived in Bondi for 10 years so we will be able to advice you if you need to help choosing restaurants, bars, beaches, day trips, cinemas, shopping etc.

Check out is 10am and check in is 2pm, unless organised with manager.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 3 days before arrival.

Bond of $500, refundable via funds transfer 2 days after check out.
If any breakage, damage, excess cleaning, theft and loss of the Property occurs or extra guests not organised with manager before hand, fees maybe deducted from the Bond and further expenses may be charged to the principal guest.
If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation.
The guests must respect neighbours and reframe from excess noise after 10pm.
We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure. .
Beach towels are not included. Strictly bath towels are not allowed on a beach.
No pets allowed and no smoking in the apartment.
Please enjoy your time here respecting house rules, neighbours, health and safety.
All food must be removed from the fridges, all rubbish removed and put in the outside wheelie bins provided
All dishes must be washed and put away.
Please put furniture back where they were when you arrived.
All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Two sets of keys will be provided.
Smoking is not permitted in the Property

Apartment was fantastic. Great location close to the beach. Very tidy when we got there. Heaps of great cafes around, too. Would definitely stay again.

We had no very little interaction Adam and received very little information about the area, but we had no problems finding it or getting checked in (& we showed up early) & the area is great to explore by foot. Great location in Bondi Beach, just minutes walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants in the area.
The apartment was nice and the main areas/bathroom were pretty clean, but we would not stay here again (we might stay in the area again, we really liked it).
The master bedroom was comfortable & spacious, just not clean at all and very dark all of the time because the shade is broken and cannot be opened or held open and the whole area is moldy and very dirty/dusty.
The other bedroom has a nice bed but is very small (you can not even walk around the bed). It would probably be good for a young child, but it was not comfortable (1 adult male stayed in that room).
We were also disappointed to see in the listing that WiFi can be arranged (you should discuss this before boooking), but is expensive and the apartment is already not cheap for what you get.
Not quite as advertised. First bedroom was excellent with its king size bed. Second bedroom was more like a storage room. Could not walk around the bed and no place to hang up your clothing. The linen was not very clean looking on arrival and had to wash the sheets ourselves before using the bed. Could not open up the windows in the room because there was no screens in them. Could not use the clothes dryer because it was not vented outside. If used the heat from the dryer blew inside the bathroom where it was which would make the apt even warmer. The backyard was not suitable to use. On arrival the grass was very long and the outdoor furniture was dirty and not useable. Not a pleasant place to BBQ. The area and apt is excellent for a young clientele (20-30 yrs) who like to spend most of the time at the beach, cafés ,pubs and restaurants but not for the more mature crowd over 40 yrs.
We thought the place was great! It's very central to everything: beach, shops & cafés. It's clean and nicely decorated with nice & comfortable furniture. The amenities are excellent & made our stay easy to enjoy. We will definitely come back next year!
Adam was fantastic, we had a few problems when his agent had double booked the house. He found us somewhere in the same area within the hour and was continually in touch with us to ask how we were and if all was ok. He really went the extra mile and we were left feeling very happy for sure.
Great location. Kitchen is great. Although Peter was away, he managed to reply timely. He even organized short term parking permit, which was great. There is room for improvement in cleaning, especially at bedding sheets. Still great value!
