A minimalist invitation to reconnect with the essentials. In complete privacy, your family and friends can swap the hustle and bustle of the city for afternoons by the pool, leisurely meals, wine, and conversations around the firepit under the starry sky of Chapada.
The space
We are located on a 5.5-hectare plot of native Cerrado vegetation, within the Fazenda Flor da Mata condominium, offering total privacy and no neighboring buildings, ensuring an uninterrupted panoramic view. The property is rented on an exclusive basis, accommodating only one group (2–6 people) at a time.
- 12 minutes from Alto Paraíso (only a 7-minute drive on a dirt road).
- Close access to Couros Falls and the Macaquinhos waterfall complex.
House Structure:
The architecture is divided into two independent structures that ensure a balance between social interaction and quiet retreat:
- Main House (96 m²): Façade with mashrabiya doors and interior balconies. It includes a living room, a kitchen with a large dining table, one bedroom, one bathroom and a covered wooden deck (ideal for yoga, functional exercise and contemplation).
- Haicai Annex (60 m²): Adjacent standalone structure consisting of two individual suites, each with its own private patio and hammock.
We also offer a new outdoor gourmet area, covered, with barbecue, complete utensils, minibar, sink, dining table and spices.
All rooms have:

- goose feather pillows with goose feathers (4 pillows on each bed);

- and the rooms of the Annex have smartv.
The bathrooms have:
- Bath products (shampoo, soap and conditioner) exclusive to Casa Poema, a natural formula with essential oils

- towels for exclusive use in the swimming pool;
- high-pressure showers with solar heating and electric heating, on cloudy days

We do garbage separation, destining organic garbage for composting and dry garbage for recycling. We use ecological fossa.
Guest access
To provide an exclusive experience, the property is available to one couple/group of guests at a time. Everything is dedicated to making your days absolutely peaceful, private and tranquil.

Our daily rate includes:
- Starlink internet
- Storage service (every 3 days) and change of bath and bed linen (every 5 days)
- Firewood for the fire pit (we offer one 10kg firewood bag courtesy). Additional quantities will be charged separately.
