The space
This magazine-featured Condo unit is a modern living concept...a new feel for those who want to escape the typical hotel atmosphere, and yet, still get the full amenities (plus more) of an apartment with a great view from the balcony. =D
LOCATION:
Perfectly situated in the middle of three major business districts - Ortigas Centre, Makati, and The Fort-BGC. There's also a mall, 3-5min walk from the condo - SM Light Mall which has a supermarket, hardware, restaurants, medical clinic and cinemas.
And another great thing about our location - it's just 5-7 min walk from the MRT (Train) Station that connects you to all major cities within the metro (website hidden) Light Mall - 3-5min walk
Ortigas Centre (Megamall/Shangrila) - 10min walk
Makati CBD - 10-15min drive
The Fort-BGC - 15-20min drive
The Medical City - 10min drive
International Airport - 25-30min drive
Other tourist destinations such as Rizal Park, Intramuros, Mall of Asia, Resorts World Manila, Solaire Resorts and Gaming Hotel are just 20-30min drive from the condo.

Toilet and Bath with a water heater to make you feel relaxed. Towels are provided in case you forgot yours =) Basic toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Free of charge =)
Laundry is NOT inside the unit, but, available at basement 2 for all tenants and owners. It has a minimal fee so kindly let us know if you’ll use it.
A themed master's bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Closet to keep your clothes well prepared for your day. A second room with a collapsible wall that extends your living room with a day bed, and, pull out to make it a queen sized bed at night.
Broom, dust pan, mop, and rags are also provided for your basic cleaning (or as necessary).
****As per directive from the property management team, certain amenities at the Flair Tower can be used with charge (Gym-P100/day, function rooms-upon request, basketball court-P200/hour, swimming pool-P200/person per day) while some can be used for free such as the roof deck (ahhh! The lounges are cool at night), the playground and the park.
** Per new condo management policy, pool access for guests are only every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday is closed for maintenance and Friday to Sunday are reserved to home owners
** Pets are allowed with a minimal fee of P300 (per stay) that goes 100% to our cleaning staff.

Guest access
You will have access to the pool as well as the roof deck for relaxing.
*Pool access is 200 pesos per person paid to the condo admin.
*Per condo policy, guests are allowed to swim every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
*Pool is closed on Thursday for cleaning. Guests are not allowed during Fridays to Sundays and Holidays.

Neighborhood highlights
The Flair Towers - a newly built high rise condo right in the heart of the metro. It's right beside the mall and walking distance to Greenfield District that has some good bars, music, and restaurants of different variations. McDonald's, Wendy's, and many others are 7-10min walk from the condo as well.
It's also near Kapitolyo. A neighborhood for food lovers with close to a hundred of hole in a wall restaurants where a lot of established Restos started before branching out to the different malls.
