You will get a good night sleep in either the master bedroom with attached bathroom, or a second bedroom which is right next to a large bathroom with a tub that can also be shared with the third bedroom with 2 twin beds

Other things to note
You will have your own entrance and there is no shared inside living space.
So everything in the pictures is completely private to you.
Owners do live in a separate area of the house.
The grill uses the 1 pound propane tanks that the guest will need to provide to use the grill.
