The space
The Apricity Mountain Villas is a private accommodation that requires pre-booking. Hence, we do not accommodate walk-ins. We have a total of 4 accommodations, Villa 1 and villa 2 which are bigger unit that can accommodate bigger groups; and Cabin luna and sol which are smaller and ideal for solo, couple, or small family with 2 kids.
You are booking VILLA 1 which is identical design and amenities with VILLA 2.

This is an exclusive villa with an A-frame Cabin comfortably fits for 6 persons.
Maximum of 8 persons
with extra floor mattresses for extra pax only
One 2-person tent for camping experience (available upon request)
A Frame lot size is 45sqm.
Floor size is 66.25sqm (including ground floor, first floor with balcony and loft bed)
The whole villa is around 156sqm.
Sleeping Arrangements:

‼️Pls take note, if you book 4 pax, there will be no floor mattress provided. If you wish to add extra beddings, that will be additional 350php.
‼️if you book for 5pax, one extra bedding will be added, if you book for 6pax, 2 extra bed will be added, if you book for 7pax, 3 extra bed will be provided, if you book for 8pax, 4 extra bed will be provided.
‼️all toddlers that are free of charge, no extra bed will be provided.
With basic kitchen and eating utensils that is good for 8pax.
Toilet and shower which has 6.25sqm space for each.
Dining Table that is good for 8-10 seating capacity.
Dipping pool is 7.5sqm. half of it is elevated that is intended for kids.
Guest access
guests can access all the spaces inside the villa including the open ground in front.
NOT ALLOWED AT THE BACK BEYOND THE BAMBOO FENCES AND STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AT THE RESORT'S KITCHEN AND STAFF HOUSE.
Other things to note
The road from main road to the Accommodation is mixed of cement and rough road. All kinds of vehicle can pass, however you need to be extra careful in driving. we will send the video from the main road to the site once booking is confirmed.

WATER CONSUMPTION
We have limited water resources and we ask all our guests to pls help us conserve water. Schedule of water refilling is every 3 days. Our tank is usually good enough for 2-3 days if guests will just save and be sensitive with the water usage. There might be a chance that the water supply might not be enough if guests kept the shower and taps flowing longer. So to avoid this incident, we will give allowance of 200L per head per night which is usually enough for the whole stay per guest. Water meter is installed at the back of the cabin so you can monitor your usage. Once you fully consumed and you need more water, additional payment of 650php/Cubic meter will be collected. We hope for your kind consideration and compliance for this regulation.

RESPECT FOR CARETAKERS:
We have our stay in Staffs, and they are happy to assist you during your stay. They will meet you at the Resort, help you unload, set up the bonfire pit, and, otherwise, leave you be. But please note that they are not there to set up the table for you, make your beds while you’re there or buy things for you outside. If you are unsure about what you can ask them to do, please ask us directly on our page. Allow them to rest from 10 PM to 7AM and, unless absolutely necessary, avoid calling on them after or before those times.
TIPS to express your appreciation of their services are most welcome; you may give this directly to them.

Rebooking - allowed 7 full days before check-in date
Rebooking within 3-6days before check-in date will incur 1500php rebooking fee that will be added on this reservation.
NO REBOOKING within 2 days before check-in date
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY: A cash incidental deposit of 2500 will be required upon check in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

FAQ
1. Is there mobile signal?
Yes. Globe & Smart has signal. Mobile data is available but not stable.
2. Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets but policies should be followed.
3. Do we need to have 4x4 car to reach the Villas?
No. All kinds of vehicles can reach the Villas. The road from main road to the villas are mixed of cement and rough road so you just need to be extra careful in driving.
4. Do you have corkage fee?
Yes. We have corkage fee for drinks and liquors however, OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED WITH NO CORKAGE FEES.
5. Do you have Ref & Microwave?
Ref is available on each villa. Unfortunately, due to safety concern, we don't provide microwaves.
6. Do you have Restaurant where we can order food?
We now have in-house catering. Order starts from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
7. Will there be trekking before we reach the villas?
None. Parking to the villas are just few steps walk.
8. Is it PWD & Senior friendly?
Unfortunately. since we are a mountain villas, there will be stairs and uphill so we won’t be able to accommodate our PWD guests who uses wheelchairs. Also our lovely seniors who has a problem using stairs.
9. Do you give discount for just 2 persons?
Our rate is fixed and regardless your group is less than the minimum number of pax, the rate will still be the same.

When you reach the Toll gate of Raj Farm, Pls pay 50/car passway.
When you reach the entrance gate of Digos hill, pay their entrance fee of 50/head. 6y/o below are free
There are no commutes within DRT. Bulacan. We can arrange Van service for you if you need one. Rate starts from 8500php depends on the pick-up location. Our partner Van Operator will be coming from manila.
📌PLS TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
There will be times that you will encounter fruit flies in the morning as we are surrounded by pineapple farms. We already put fly trap everywhere and this will somehow minimize the presence of flies but please expect to still encounter them.
There will also be times you will encounter moth (gamo gamo) in the evening especially if it rains. We are on top of the mountain and back part is forest so please manage your expectations from the insects as we are communing with nature.
