Room in Fiumicino, really close to the sea & the Rome airport Leonardo da Vinci. Big and clean room with confortable bed and A/C. It is in an 2nd floor appartment with elevator and ramp. Very usefull for a some days on the beach, and for move to or from the airport. The breakfast is included. Due to recents change inside the airport is not more possible for me to arrange a shuttle service from and for the airport.
The house is 50 metres from the beach, in the center of the town of Fiumicino. In a radius of 100 metres you can find a pharmacy, bar, pizza, Italian & Chinese restaurant, express photo printer, laundry and more.
The bus stop to the airport is less than 50 mt. and the bus stop for Rome is 500 mt.
I will be happy to show you some special place around, like a cheap & good all you can eat pizza, a tasty fried fish kiosk, one of the best ice cream you can ever eat.
Other Things to Note
This place is very useful for stay close to the airport, if you need to stay in Fiumicino, for an excellent selection of restaurants or for a journey to the beach.

I don't suggest you stay here if you like to visit Rome for some days, because the public transports are so bad. It takes almost one hour to the city centre, and most of the transports ends quite early in the evening.
The checkin can be made between (phone number hidden), checkout is before 11.00 a.m. Tell us if you have different needs.
We offer breakfast with coffe, milk, biscuits, jam and more. Please comunicate us if you have some problem with some kind of food, or if you need something different. You don't need to wash anything or clean after breakfast.
Guests cannot use the fires.
Rooms have a/c with remote. You manage it, try don't waste it.
There is one bathroom for two rooms, so use it in respect to the other guests.
You can enter and exit at anytime of night & day, we give keys, so be respectfull for who is sleeping and try don't lose the keys. Who lose it have to pay for a copy.
Water is drinkable in all Rome, so you can save some money and use less plastic refilling your own bottle.
