This place is just as described, by the host and by the others. Good location, good place, they have everything you need, and Liza is fast-responding and considerate host. Extra blankets and heaters provided for cold. This is the best place to get if you are here for NIH with rea…

Response from Liza:
I'm sorry Yun Young did not have a good stay. It's true the house was could for a few days while she was here. Our furnace broke during a cold snap and it took a few days for the repair person to come. We tried to keep everyone comfortable with space heaters and blankets but it appears we were not successful with her. As for the noise, guests can definitely hear us moving around upstairs. No other Airbnb guest has ever seemed to be as sensitive or have as much trouble sleeping due to noise as Yun Young did. We do remind guests to keep their door shut - if not, one of our friendly cats might stroll in to say hello. For most people this is not terrifying. We wish Yun Young well and suggest that in the future she stays in a place that is not advertised as a family home with pets.
