Where you’ll be

Honesdale, Pennsylvania, United States

Honesdale is a lovely Victorian town founded in the early 1800's and named for the then mayor of New York, Phillip Hone. Washington Irving, Davey Crockett, Daniel Boone and other notable Americans were frequent visitors. Honesdale was the site of the first railroad in America and a replica of the Stourbridge Lion is housed in our museum. We have many summer camps, a vital and interesting downtown with several outstanding restaurants.
