**Ring Camera Disclosure** For both guest and property safety, a ring camera is installed at front entrance. This camera records both audio and video. The purpose is not to monitor guests. It is to ensure safety as it is a rural area.

**OCTOBER-NOVEMBER BOOKINGS** During these months, there may be boxelder bugs on the side of the home. These bugs are HARMLESS and come from the maple trees nearby every year. They are attracted to the side of the home to try to get warm.
