About this listing
My place is in the trendy part of Toronto. Walking distance from Yorkville, Avenue Road and Bloor. Busses outside the door going downtown or uptown. Some of the best restaurants walking distance from my place. Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood
This is a very spacious apartment with one bedroom the second bedroom is used as a den but can easily be turned into a second bedroom. Also living room very large is if having overnight guests, there are two comfortable couches they can sleep on. If there are smokers I have a small balcony where you can take your coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and smoke. I'm going to put a picture of balcony on my site. It's a work in progress but will be lovely soon!
Guests can make full use of this lovely space, great for entertaining.
Interaction with Guests
I won't be here, so no interaction other than when they arrive.
I expect to treat my place like you would treat your place. Leave it in the condition you find it. If you have a dog, please make sure he/she doesn't sleep on the furninture, your dog will have lovely walks in the neighbourhood! If you would like to hire a cleaning lady before you leave I will leave her number for you.
If you happen to smoke, although there is no smoking in the apartment, you can use the balcony to have a 'smoke break' maintaining the pristine atmosphere of your living space.
A very large and airy apartment in a very convenient location - three blocks to the St Clair subway station, bus stop out front, and street car one block away, so you can use public transportation to get almost anywhere in Toronto. This is Trudy's home, so it has all the amenities you'd expect in your own home, including wifi and cable tv. It also has two bathrooms, which is a bonus for anyone traveling with more than 2 people. Trudy left us breakfast fixings - much appreciated when we arrived jetlagged from Europe.
Very comfortable accommodations in a convenient location! Trudy went above and beyond to ensure that my family had a great experience - and at the last minute no less!
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Relaxing quiet area. This is somewhere that I would bring my family too when we visit Canada.
About the Host, Trudy
I live on my own and love to travel. While traveling I prefer to live in somebodys apartment or home to integrate into the community for as long as I'm staying in their country. I am a psychologist and work from home. I love dining out with friends and am a movie buff so look forward to TIFF every year! I'm involved in organizations committed to helping people grow in awareness of the world they live in and the food they eat. I am usually doing some courses in art, music history, drama, to keep myself entertained and informed.
My life motto "Life is a gift!" Breath deeply, be quiet enough to hear the wind, the ocean, a baby laughing.
