Welcome to Canopy Hill House, a thoughtful and design focused home in Roxbury, NY. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a ski getaway or summer escape. You will find incredible details throughout and relax on our stunning deck with endless mountain views. Soak in the hot tub year round. Unwind in our 28 foot saltwater pool (June-Sept).

Ski Mountains nearby: 15 min from Belleayre, 10 min from Plattekill, 30 min from Windham and 40 min from Hunter

A 28ft infinity style saltwater pool directly on the deck off the house. Pool is heated to 80 degrees from Memorial weekend till Labor Day (heating above 80 is available for an additional charge. After Labor Day, the pool is available till the end of September for an additional heating fee).

(IMPORTANT: please note the pool does not have an enclosure on all four sides. There is open access from the house to the pool.)

Hello! I'm so excited that you found Canopy Hill House! This home is very special to my family and we love sharing it with others who will enjoy it's magic.
