  • I found the place to be just lovely, warm and cozy and smelling of wood fires. The kitchen had just what I needed for my stay, and Kevin was very friendly and helpful. The wood burning stove worked great. and the internet was very fast. All in all a good stay.

  • Our White Mountain getaway would not have been such a roaring success if it weren't for Kevin and Theresa. They were the friendliest of hosts, showing us around their beautiful property (even in the dark when we wanted a night tour) and ensuring the place was warm, cozy, and ready for our 2-night stay.
The cottage was just what we wanted: cozy, warm, and outfitted with a great bar, small kitchen, comfy living room, and pleasant wood stove.
You are guaranteed to enjoy your stay with Kevin and Theresa, and we look forward to future visits!

  • The cottage was wonderful. Nice and clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's right next to Kevin And Theresa's house so they're very easy to get in touch with, but there's still plenty of privacy.

We had one great night playing boccie with them and their neighbor in the big back yard. It was great and they're a lot of fun to hang out with.

Don't expect a cell phone signal and you won't be disappointed.

We are native New Yorkers who moved to New England in the early '70's and love the tranquility and space our farm affords. We have been hosting guests for over 25 years now - first in our bed and breakfast home and then renovated a small cottage and finally built a log cabin to accommodate the larger number of guests coming to the area . We enjoy the seasonal changes and are extremely active in the outdoors -- biking, hiking, snowshoeing, canoeing. horseback riding -- so we can provide great information about those activities for our guests. Also own a sailboat on which we've sailed to the Caribbean and all along the east coast of US. Theresa is licensed massage therapist, Rieki and esoteric healing practitioner and many guests avail themselves of her skills. We love to travel and usually head to warmer climates during the winter months while others look after our property. Our destinations have included Africa, Thailand, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Venezuela and others. We enjoying relating our travel experiences to our guests and hearing about theirs -indeed we have traveled to several locations based on the recommendations of our guests.
