Sophie is a warm and welcoming host. She treated us kindly and was flexible with check in and out times. The house is very clean and within 15 min walking distance to the train station. Overall a good experience!
Though we didn't stay for a very long time, just for one night, Sophie's welcome was really warm and attentive.
The room is big and very clean and has private bathroom and toilet.
The location is within 5 minutes to the train station so it's very convenient to travel to neighbouring cities and Monaco.
Thank you very much!
It was a nice stay in Sophie's apartment. The room is clean and lot of natural light from the glass doors. The location is very good, walking distance from the station, city centre and restaurants. Sophie and her husband are very polite and friendly and their daughter is very sweet.
the most airbnb I enjoyed she was very nice . comfortable room and perfect location with happy family
HOME THAT OUR FEET MAY LEAVE BUT NOT OUR HEARTS!!
We absolutely adored our time in Nice and had a wonderful experience staying in Sophie’s apartment.
It is situated just 20 minutes from Cote D Azur airport and there is bus service (bus no. 99) from airport to nearby area to the apartment from where the place is just 5 minutes walking away. It is indeed in the heart of nice which after wandering through most of the city is my favourite part of Nice.
There was a train station- Gare De Nice Ville just 10 minutes away from the apartment and Tram Station- Gare De Thiers just 15 minutes away from the apartment. Having proximity to the transport stations made our stay worthwhile as we could easily get onto the Tram and go anywhere in Nice. The city centre was also very nearby to the apartment. Nice being not a big city, we almost covered the entire town by walking on the streets. Probably that’s the fun to explore the city!!
As posted on Airbnb the apartment is just a bedroom and bathroom but we were free to use Sophie’s kitchen. Bedroom was very spacious, elegant and most importantly clean, comfortable and well decorated. And not to miss, the bedroom has a small cute balcony with a table and chairs for having breakfast in the morning.
Sophie’s kitchen was very spacious and we were free to use her kitchen. She gave us breakfast every morning which was very sweet on her behalf.
Sophie, her husband and their cute little daughter is a wonderful family. We arrived late at night due to flight delays but Sophie was cordial enough to wait for us and was very flexible & understanding. We were not charged for late check in. Sophie gave us a warm welcome and next day morning we met her husband who was equally warm and he even offered wine/ drinks to us. They had a guinea pig called, Saha, who was adorable.
But the most charming was Sophie’s daughter. She was so adorable and always got excited whenever we went back home. They were so warm that we almost felt like we are staying with our own family.
We will surely stay at Sophie’s apartment whenever we visit Nice next.
So guys if you really want to make your stay worthwhile in Nice then we would not only highly recommend but rather force you to stay at Sophie’s apartment.
Thanks for everything Sophie… !
It was a great first experience with Airbnb. Sophie and her family are very hospitable and the accomodation was excellent. Much better than staying in an anonymous hotel. Highly recommended!
About the Host, Sophie
