The Space

This is a newly renovated, smoke free, apartment located on the third floor of a 5-story building with elevators. The space is kept clean and comfortable at all times.

The room is very spacious and currently accommodates 1 sofa that converts to a bed, multiple shelves, a table. The room has a comfortable full size bed with two pillows, a 40 inch flat screen LCD HDTV with cable, and FREE WiFi access. Another great amenities include one dresser, fresh linens.

The Kitchen has all the necessities; stove, refrigerator, microwave.

The bathroom is very spacious with multiple shelves and cabinet space. Hot water is, of course, available and so are fresh towels.

If you are a light sleeper, please note that there is a window in the bedroom facing 57th street, so you may hear some traffic noise that fades at night.

The apartment is located is near Central, Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, and the MoMA, Time Square, and surrounded by some of Manhattan's top restaurants and night life. It's located in an area with many hotels because of its incredible proximity to Central Park, Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, and the MoMA, which are all within a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment.

Another incredible bonus of the location is because of its proximity to Times Square, the apartment is very close to many subway lines (1, A, C, E, D, B, -- just to name some of them), which will make travel around the city much easier during your stay.

24hr Convenient stores are at every corner and are…well, very convenient to have around.

For the foodies, there are tons of restaurants (at least 35- no lie) within a 4 block radius; Anything from Italian, west India, Thai, Asian, Mexican, American, and many more types of cuisine. And, to complement the restaurants are an over abundance of bars- suffice to say that he night life is AMAZING!

Central Park, which was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux is great for bikers, runners, has a huge lake, great picnic areas, a Zoo
live music (free) every weekend of the summer

This is without a doubt, one of the hottest neighborhoods in all of NYC.

Check In
  • The apartment is located in a prime location, close to central park and Times Square. the check in was easy, we called when we arrived at the airport and we set the time at which to meet to take the keys. the same for the return to the time of check out. the apartment, the same as the picture, it was clean, the kitchen stocked with everything you need. the only bad thing was that, having installed the air conditioner, the window did not shut properly and then the room was much noisy.

  • I had a great time. Endy was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early and check out late. Perfect location for exploring New York. Would stay again.

  • Endy was a great host. Our flight was delayed and we did not make it to the apartment until midnight on a Friday night. Endy was very responsive via text and email and met us at the apartment to give us the key. He recommended places to eat and told us more about the neighbourhood. The apartment is in a very convenient location and looks exactly like the pictures. We were a little cold at night and Endy was quick in bringing us more pillows and blankets the following day. The apartment was clean and even though it was a little noisy outside, we were so exhausted from our exploration of the city, we did not have any trouble sleeping all through the night. Endy also was very flexible and accommodating in terms of check out time. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this apartment.

  • The apartment was as described and Endy was easy to work with and always answered text messages promptly. I would book the same apartment again.

  • The apartment was just like the pictures! The location is just perfect we did almost every thing walking. Endy was very nice and available for any questions.
I really recommend this apartment a little bit noisy but it was ok.
If I'll be able to come back I would love to stay at the same place!

  • I had a spectacular time staying at Endy's place during the MLK weekend, after a friend of mine convinced me to come to New York and hang out for the weekend at the last minute. Needless to say, he and Bastien (who oversees Endy's apartments) were extremely helpful with accommodating my friend and me, especially when I arrived earlier to NY than the check-in time. The apartment was awesome and right in the heart of everything: restaurants, stores, and nightlife (there was an amazing club two doors down from the apartment!) I will DEFINITELY come back to this place and rent again with them -- I've already convinced one of my best friends to rent out the apartment last weekend, and he had a blast! Endy and Bastien, you guys rock! I will definitely be doing business with you again (matter of fact, I'll be there tomorrow!)

  • Our trip was for new years 2014 and the location of the unit was great. Close to everything. We gave it 3 stars because the bathtub was clogged, lights in kitchen and bathroom did not work (the owner provided lamps instead) and finally because it is located on top of a rental party venue. Our first night we did not sleep until 4am after the party ended. Another issue was that the heating is not adjustable and it got pretty hot so we had to open the window. Once the window is open you can hear the NYC traffic. If you are easily affected by noise we wouldn't recommend it. We never met the owner he sent an employee to do the check in and check out.

  • It's a very cozy room at a really nice location. We had a good stay there and Endy was always willing to help. It is located in a very old building and there is no elevator to help you move your luggages around. Also, if you cannot stand the noise that come from the street and pub outside, I would not recommend this place.

    Response from Endy:

In my profile, it is mentioned that the building has an elevator, I am sorry that you guys did not notice it :(

  • The apartment is very centrally located which was great. The place was fairly clean except that the floor was a little dusty. The bathroom was very clean n looks like it had been refurbished. The place is a little cramp for 4 people and is located in an old building. I found the hair dryer hopeless as it blows only slightly warm air. It is a problem if u have long hair like mine. What we loved the most was its location!
