This townhouse has two units on 3rd floor and two units on 2nd floor. Please be aware you are booking a studio apartment inside a townhouse. You will share entrance door and staircase with other units.

Your private bedroom and private bathroom are located on 3rd floor.
You have microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator inside the room.

Guest access
You will use entrance door to get on 3rd floor #3L.
Also between 10am to 6pm can use pictured window sitting area on 2nd floor

Other things to note
Quiet time between 11pm to 7am

Reserved parking space is $15 cash per night .
If you do not use car during your stay, you can park inside garage for $10/day/cash. Must reserve and mention garage parking.
Do not park inside our community otherwise will be towed away at your own expenses.

Replacement of key is $20, umbrella is $10. Thank you.
