We loved staying with Pat. Really convenient location with shops and restaurants just around the corner, minutes from downtown and just off freeways for travel to/from other parts plus off street parking.
The room is spacious, nice bathroom and plenty of towels and there is a comprehensive and up to date folder of info.
Breakfast is plentiful with lots of delicious fruits.
The house is not grand but Pat has a knack with presentation and made us feel at home.
Pat was a very friendly and helpful host. Large and comfortable space. Very near a nice collection of restaurants and a major bus line. If I find myself in Providence in the future, I would happily stay here again.
Pat is a wonderful host who shares a beautiful home. The location was very handy to Brown University just down the road. While Pat provides a yummy breakfast there was an awesome bakery nearby for an early riser to walk to while my teens slept in. There are also a few other very nice restaurants right around the corner from her house letting you have a nice time out without the need to do more driving at the end of a long day of exploring. My kids and I had a very nice stay with Pat!
Pat was an excellent host! Peter was very busy with his conference, and he really appreciated staying in such a comfortable and convenient place.
Pat was friendly and welcoming, and Peter particularly enjoyed the delicious, fresh breakfast.

The stay with Pat was an unforgettable one. It was like staying with a close relative. She had been so helpful in many areas!!! I had enjoyed my stay with her and had been pamper with great beddings, fluffy towels and plushy bath towels. Morning breakfast was a good start for the day at her cozy home. Thank you for being such a wonderful and thoughtful host.
Pat's place was perfect for my husband, myself and our grown son. The neighborhood was close to good restaurants as well as being a good walking area. The accommodations were exactly as listed and very clean and comfortable.
Pat was extraordinarily generous with her breakfast food, coffee and juices. And she always asked us if there was anything else we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Providence.
About the Host, Pat
Summer is finally here . Flowers blooming in pots on the deck. A refreshing and welcomed change from our snowy winter landscape! Summer quilts now grace the beds and heirloom tomatoes are in their pots and waiting for the warm sunny days ahead.
I'm not a lot of things. Not the coolest person around. Don't have tattoos or multiple piercings but there is wifi and always a cup of hot coffee or iced tea around....and usually a half-finished piece of art work or something cookin'. Happy to share or point you in the direction of something interesting to do. Plenty of good music around town. Exceptional restaurants, several just around the corner. Many new exhibits at the RISD Museum to check out. Great public art in Downtown to scout out. It's simple. Location, location, location in a great neighborhood....and nice people!!!
