This quiet and peaceful home is fully equipped to meet all your expectations.

Enjoy a central location in the heart of Yucatán, ideal for your visits.

The space
The accommodation we offer is a 2011 American camper, also called a "fifth wheel", measuring 13 meters long with 4 extensions, offering a comfortable and well-appointed living space. It has two bedrooms:

The master bedroom at the front is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200), an 8-drawer dresser, a walk-in closet behind two sliding doors and another wall storage for your extra blankets and pillows.
The rear bedroom is suitable for up to 4 additional guests thanks to its 4 single beds (100 x 190) in two bunk beds. This room is more suitable for children. It also has very large storage spaces with two large closets and 6 drawers to store your belongings.
It should be noted that the layout of the second bedroom (with its bunk beds) makes the accommodation more suitable for a couple or family than for rent to several couples (only 1 double bedroom possible). However, it is possible to add an extra bed for a sixth bed on request.

The bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, toilet, vanity unit, and a tall cabinet to store your toiletries.

The living room includes a kitchen equipped with a double sink, a gas stove (3 burners) and an oven, a dining area with a solid wood table and chairs, and a sitting area with a sofa and TV. The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning (recreational vehicle), however it is noisier than conventional air conditioning. It is protected by a closed shelter that allows it to be relatively well insulated from heat.

The caravan overlooks a covered terrace (about 80 m2) with garden furniture (table and six chairs) and a fire pit to enjoy evenings by the fire. Linens, towels and all kitchen equipment are provided, as well as a complete booklet containing all the useful information for your stay at the ranch.

Guest access
Guests will be welcomed in our charming 2011 American RV, and will also have access to a large outdoor area surrounded by gardens, where they can relax by the pool, have fun at the children's play area and explore the hiking trails.

They will have the opportunity to discover the surrounding nature while enjoying the amenities of the ranch, in complete tranquility.

Other things to note
You can always count on a human presence on site at the ranch, who will be happy to offer you help and advice to make your stay pleasant.

If necessary, we can be reached by phone even if we are not on site. We'll always be here to answer any questions you may have and help you plan your stay.

! TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING!

1) The accommodation is strictly NON-SMOKING. Similarly, for personal and safety reasons, the entire estate is also non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding.

2) Animals are ubiquitous on the ranch, much like on a farm. Our dog does not have access to the accommodation but our three cats are in total freedom. They're big, adorable balls of fur, but they're real little pots of love glue. They are therefore regularly present in the vicinity of the caravan, and even under the palapa. It is important to consider this point if you are allergic, if you are not familiar with animals or you simply appreciate them but from a distance. In which case the ranch is not the ideal place to stay for your vacation and we wish you to find a place that suits you better.

3) Having only one listing and following UNJUSTIFIED abuse, we are no longer able to accept shortening change requests within 7 days of booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Neighborhood highlights

The accommodation is located on the lands of ESPITA, Pueblo Magico, inside a 69-hectare ranch where citrus fruits, bananas and coconuts are grown organically.
There are also some animals, horse, donkey, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs (soft as lambs, but to be taken into consideration if you are allergic).

Two other families live on site (full-time or part-time) in two other houses (not visible from the accommodation), so that if needed there is always someone to help or inform you.

The ranch is located a few minutes from the village, where you can find all the necessary amenities, fruit and vegetable merchants, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry service (we drop off the laundry, they wash, dry and fold it and we pick it up), gas station, and other essentials.
We provide a complete guide with all the useful addresses and phone numbers you may need close by.

The neighborhood is quiet and the accommodation is located in the heart of nature, birdsong assured from morning to night. Clear sky for stargazing and enjoy the brazier for a campfire.

Hiking trails on the grounds (6 kilometers).
Children's play area with slide, swings (baby and child), trampoline, tree house.
Above-ground pool and deckchairs, available year-round. We do not impose a time limit for access to the pool and rely on the respect of guests so that if they swim late at night, they do not make too much noise in order to best respect the inhabitants of the nearest house.

Dear host, dear traveler, We are Audrey and Sébastien. We actually live in Mexico after living for years on the road. We have a camper trailer and just traveled since 2016 from canada to central america with it. We now stopped and rent it in the ranch we own. You can find it here in Airbnb ! When 2019 pandemic started we bought a land and started to build another dream : being sustainable and having animals again, which was not very compatible with our traveling way of life. We actually own a farm, we build day after day, where we grow organic food to and raise our three children closer to nature and animals. We produce citrus (different kinds of lemons, oranges, grapefruits,...) coconuts and bananas all organically. We love to travel and meet new people, new cultures. To know about them, about the way they live and we want our children enjoy that as we do. We lived in Lyon, France for 4 years, and south of france, USA (Austin, TX and New jersey), and in Montreal, Canada. We also travelled in many countries, such as Egypt, Senegal, USA, Canada, Turkey, Tunisia, UK, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Dubai, Sharjah, Thailand, Roma, Venice, Croatia, Greece, Mexico, Caymans islands, Cuba, Jamaica, Guatemala, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras... and many many other places in France. We have three wonderful children, Eleanor (born on 2013 in France) and our sons, born during our travels, Timothy (born on 2015 in Canada) and Louison (born on 2019 in Mexico). We love good and healthy food, movie theatre, hiking, reading, diving, and so many other things. We love sports, even if we don't really take the time to do. We speak French, English, Spanish and a little bit of Italian too (even if it's been i while ... chè non l'ho più parlato) ! We will be glad to meet you, and really happy to be hosted in your home sweet home during our travels, or host you in our ranch in the heart of Yucatan.
