There is a master suite, which is larger than the other bedroom. Each has flatscreen TV's and sleeps four. Great for families!, trendy spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on a high floor with countless extras, complements this 35th corner gem with views, views, views! You will have the city and mountains from one side,the canal and parks from another, and Waikiki Beach and ocean from another!
This Hawaiian Monarch suite is situated on the corner of the building on the 35th floor and sleeps 4, with high-speed broadband internet with wifi, new flatscreen TV's, full kitchen, all new furniture, 2 queen-size beds, dining chairs, etc. This is a one-of-a-kind gem and a must-see for those who appreciate the best!
The building offers a convenience store, laundromat, very large swimming pool, sushi restaurant, lovely restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and a neighborhood friendly pub which also offers dinning. If you love rainbows this is the spot for viewing them from all spots in the unit. If you're lucky, you could spot one of our amazing double rainbows!
The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. World-class shopping to farmers markets are located throughout Waikiki. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.
Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your backyard. Catch bus #19 to the airport and #52 to go visit the famous North Shore surf spots. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.
The property is located within a few short blocks from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand-up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

Other Things to Note
You do not need a car due to the central location of this building.
No smoking and no pets.
The location is great. Only a few minutes walk to the marina end of the beach (Hilton lagoon etc) or a little further to Ala Moana shopping centre. 10-12min walk to the main strip. Waikiki Brewing Company across the road is a nice bonus.
The actual accommodation is fairly basic and does feel budget. The privacy of having the 2 separate studios in the 1 apartment is a pro, but the old, tired feel of things like the bed linen and almost non-existent blinds are a con. As other reviewers have noted, it's incredibly bright in the mornings so be prepared - even my eye mask didn't block out the light.

Roger was very responsive and courteous. The apartment was very clean even thought it was in a dated building. It is essentially two connected suites so good for privacy but no common space. Good location.
Great location and fabulous views. We could watch the rowers practicing in the canal below. We watched night time soccer practice from the 35th floor of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath studio type condo.
Roger was prompt in returning emails and communicative.
Roger was an exceptional host. The view in the apartment was outstanding however if you like to sleep in then this place is not for you as the blinds do not block any sunlight. This didn't bother us as we enjoyed the early morning wake up so that we could maximize our time on Oahu.
Roger was very helpful during our stay here. He gave us clear instructions and reminders during our stay that made it a stress-free visit to Honolulu.
This condo has great views of the mountains, Diamond head and the Ala Moana Beach Park. There's a baseball/soccer field where you can watch games from a birds-eye pov.
The location was perfect, walking distance from everything in Waikiki but a bit away from the hectic areas. Plus it was easy to get out of the city from where we were.
The condo had all the conveniences we needed. Both rooms had locking doors, fridges, full bathrooms, WiFi, a kitchen and great AC. Roger had also provided clean towels and bedding for the very decent mattresses.
The hotel itself is a bit older; I'd say it's about a 2-3 star place. Security was very helpful and accommodating. There's a store in the lobby for anything you've forgotten to pack.
The hotel bar is a little seedy and attracted some off locals and characters. They didn't really cause any issues and kept to themselves. This isn't to say the area is bad and at no point did we ever feel unsafe, even late at night.
I'm usually a hostel traveler so luxury and added expenses aren't my top priorities. I stayed here with my father, step-mother, and my sister. We would probably stay here again. Great bargain for the location.
My relatives, a family of 5 stayed in this place for 5 nights. The view from the condo was great but the place itself needs updating.
Great location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach. Parking available in the building for $20/day. Older building but the views more than made up for it. Definitely check out the Cream pot cafe on the main floor. We enjoyed an amazing brunch there.

I am a graduate of USC, was on swim team and water polo, participated in water sports all my life. Among my interests are swimming, body boarding, fishing and being near the beach.
