  • This was a model AirBnB transaction. The apartment is great, amazing location near Bloor and the subway and grocery stores, with a view overlooking the city. It has all the furnishings and kitchen stuff you need to stay as long as you want. Steven was very communicative, got us set up with everything we needed, made sure our internet was taken care of (and the internet is fast too), and was flexible when we needed an extra day. It was a wonderful welcome to Toronto!

  • O apartamento do Steven é excelente!

  • To say this wonderful little place is perfect would be a serious understatement. A charming, cosy, tasteful, quiet and completely comfortable home-away-from-home, with absolute privacy and a spectacular balcony view in the most convenient and vibrant quarter of the city. What more could you ask for?

Steven was a fantastic host, responding to emails immediately, and accommodating our shifting schedule with good grace. We stayed for three weeks, and hated to leave. It truly became our home, our springboard to an amazing city, and our refuge.

I would recommend this suite highly, and hope to return, soon.

    Thanks, Steven.

  • Steven was a most accommodating host, we met Steven on the day of check in and he was very friendly and helpful. All contact there in was via email or telephone but Steven was always very easy to get a hold of when necessary.
The apartment itself id great, it is warm and cosy and well stocked. Location is perfect for someone new to Toronto, directly adjacent to Spadina subway and streetcar station on Bloor street and on the edge of the vibrant Annex area.
All in all our experience at Steven's apartment was brilliant and we would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending it in future.

  • Steven's apartment was in a fantastic location, a 30 second walk to a major subway station, restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. The apartment was quiet and had a nice view from the balcony. Working with Steven was very easy and he made the logistics work out even though our flight got us in late at night. We'd definitely stay here again.

  • The apartment completely met our needs for being close to U of T and our trip to Toronto. It was cute, cozy, bright and had the added bonus of being across the street from the subway station. Steven was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking mid stay to see how things were going. Mikaila was there with a smile and friendly advice which made checking in and checking out a breeze. Thanks Steven, would definitely stay at your place again next time I'm in Toronto.

  • My husband and I were coming to Toronto for a wedding. Since we wanted to stay a week and spend our time doing all the tourist activities we could Steve's apartment was perfect. The location was great. The apartment was the perfect size for us. Being so close to Bloor street made dinner options endless. We had never used Airbnb before and we were worried about meeting up with our contact. Steve had everything arranged and made us fell very comfortable. The apartment was clean. Unfortunately we had diffeculty with our computer and the internet connection during the first day or so which made communication with others hard. If we visit Toronto again Steve's place would be on our list again.

  • Myself and my girlfriend had the pleasure of staying in Steven's apartment, from January until the middle of March. From the beginning Steven made certain that our stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, the added central convenience of the location made it possible to enjoy our time in Toronto despite a hectic school schedule. I would definitely recommend a stay in Steven's apartment if you are looking for a clean and safe short term stay in an excellent downtown Toronto location.

About
I am an environmentalist, photographer, teacher and lots more. I am currently living and working in New York City most of the time. I work with a green technology in small communities in both Canada and the US. We treat and clean water. It's interesting work and I find myself more in the US than Toronto, hence the apartment being available to rent. It's a bright, warm, cozy and super convenient apartment in the heart of the city. I have had only good experiences renting it through Airbnb.
