Out stay at N&As place was perfect! Perfect area (you wouldn't wanna stay anywhere else than Trastevere), perfect apt, perfect hosts. They'll give you valuable tips on how to get by from your arrival until you leave. N&A get our best recommendations. Wish you a pleasant trip.
The experience was as we imagined! Nice apartment and a nice welcome! The apartment is just as it seems in the website! Really well located, in Trastevere but not in the crowded part! Really well connected by public transport. The apartment was clean and ready for us. We were allowed to use the apartment some more time so there were no guests after us...and our flight was late, so we really appreciate this. A Panettone and Champagne was and excellent welcome gift! thank you Niky & Alfre , we would recommend 100% this nice place in Rome.
Nikky and Alfre were very accomodating with no problem arriving late in the evening. The apartment was wonderful . We thought Trastervere maybe be too noisy given other reviews we had read but not so with location of this apartment - in a quieter area but still easy walking to the wonderful neighbour hood. This is real Italian surburbia! We loved it and highly reccomend . Valia
when can i go back?
the apartment was wonderful, spacious, charmingly decorated and spotless, we were completely comfortable. the location made it easy to walk almost anywhere in rome. the stroll across the tiber or around the corner into old trastevere are lovely in the morning and evening.
our hosts were amazingly helpful, info on great restaurants in all neighborhoods…even reservations if we needed them. before we arrived, they emailed us which taxi was the best to get us into rome from the airport along with where to go for the best neighborhood coffee in the morning. it felt like i had friends in rome making recommendations and passing them along.
i would highly recommend this charming apartment and Niky & Alfre as the most helpful hosts.
My wife and I stayed at Interno8 in September 2014.
The apartment is in an excellent location in a quieter part of Trastevere. It is 2-3 minute's walk to the cafes and bars in a very attractive part of Trastevere that feels less touristy than the part nearer the river. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop from where the number 8 tram departs into the very centre of the city near most of the major sights. Two well-stocked supermarkets are very close by and there are many wonderful small local deli's and fresh food shops.
Being a little way from the cafes and bars means the apartment is very quiet. The bedroom faces the internal courtyard rather than the road and is very peaceful - we slept very well. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator so very easy with heavy luggage. The apartment was cool even on hot days and we rarely used the air conditioning. The apartment layout made it feel very spacious and comfortable.
Nicky and Alfre have decorated and furnished the apartment with great care and attention to detail. The artwork, photographs, ornaments and books really make it feel like someone's own home. The kitchen is very well equipped. All basic cooking, bathroom and laundry items/supplies were supplied. The wifi worked seamlessly and was very fast.
Alfre provided great pre-arrival and departure information along with good tips on getting to and from both the airport and Termini rail station. He was very helpful with any queries we had and very keen to make sure we were happy with everything. He also gave some good suggestions for local bars, cafes and shops. Nicky and Alfre live in an adjacent apartment so are easily available but not at all intrusive. Checkin and checkout procedures were clear and worked well.
Nicky and Alfre have done a brilliant job and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
After a missed flight and arriving in Rome at 10pm, the Interno8 apt instantly made our day worthwhile. The building is a beautiful specimen architecturally in and out, and is on a wonderful street in an vibrant, true Roman neighborhood. At the same time it is a quiet street. Perfect location for us to walk to candlelit osterias which were recommended impeccably by Niky and Alfie - without a doubt THE BEST airbnb hosts we have ever experienced. They made us late night reservations the day we missed our flight and arranged our taxis on both ends using the primo service with the best prices. Throughout our 3 days and nights in Roma they were almost immediate in their response to any and all question and so very kind and warm. Lastly, We couldn't say enough about the apartment. It's elegant, tasteful, spotlessly cleaned upon arrival, luxurious.
We will be back forsure. Gratzi mille N+A!
We both love Rome, surely a difficult town to live but still one of the most fascinating, enticing and vibrating place in the world.
We look forward to having you here, helping you discover this unforgettable town from a privileged point of view, that of the inhabitants of Trastevere, and from our point of view, that of a couple fond of travels, eager to meet new people from all over the world, keen of good food and good wine!
We will be glad to welcome you in interno8!
