**3rd Floor – No lift. But the stairs are very spacious and easy.
**No Air Con. ( only Fans) It’s a corner building and has many balconies, the air is fresh and flows
**Noise - No exemption – this is Barcelona like any other capital city full of Daily hussle and bussle. My square is tranquil but you will hear noise. You will hear the church bells in the mornings as much as the musicians in the square at lunch time, to the dog barking, to the streets cleaners. If you are not use to it , the in summer months I provide EarPlugs just in case you want to sleep early.
Very happy to help you.

The flat was just wonderful. Near to the sea and in the best part of Barcelona.
I loved the atmosphere in the flat. Everything functioned very well. The kitchen is well equipped. The Internet worked well.
Contact with Maria in Whatsapp and aitbnb was very symapathic. Key delivery worked without any problems.
Thanks for the great time in this fantastic flat in one of the most exciting cities in europe. Love to come back!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Maria. L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description donnée. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
Maria was a very responsive and warm host. While we never met her because she was out of town, she arranged for us to be able to checkin at a convenient time and was readily available by Whatsapp to answer any questions we had about the apartment. The apartment is in an awesome location right on Placa de les Olles and is very affordable considering it is a 2 bedroom place. Plus it has 5 balconies for hanging out on and watching the traffic below! We were there during a cold period in the winter and Maria provided three space heaters that kept the apartment suitably warm. The only thing we want to make guests aware of is that the hot water tank is quite small and only allows two people to take very quick military showers before the tank has to get back up to temperature for others. Maria's ad is very clear about this and we were prepared for this issue, so the apartment is indeed as advertised. Overall, great host and great apartment!
Maria communicated well and made it easy for our most enjoyable stay. Her flat is in the perfect location in a hip part of town. The flat is very charming and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!
Maria is an excellent host! She communicated so quickly and so efficiently. She gave so many recommendations as to where to eat, what to do and where to go. It was great having a local give us tips on what to do!
Check in was honestly a breeze, even at 12:30am! Her contact, Lidia was a doll and helped us with our luggage.
The flat is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The stairs aren't a big deal considering the flat is located in the BEST area of Barcelona. The little winding streets of El Born are charming, bustling, and so full of life!
Appartement agréable et tout à fait conforme à la description, situé dans le quartier que nous avons trouvé le plus sympathique de Barcelone : petites rues piétonnes, proche du centre et de tous les édifices intéressants à visiter.
Maria is friendly, incredibly responsive, and helpful. She sent detailed information before our stay about location, restaurants, transportation, etc. Easy check in and meet up for keys. Apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location. The only negative was the shower - there was only enough hot water for about 4-5 minutes (hard with three people). Maria was appropriately concerned and responsive (from Australia), texting instructions to reset the heater and contacting a service provider, but we checked out before the problem was resolved.
Just another happy person who like to travel and be enrich by new experiences. Italian, Spanish and Australian hertitage show their influence in my personality. My instinct and Good Will lead the way.
